We have purchased a building in downtown Decatur! The building is located at 723 Bank St and is a beautiful 120-yr old facility located on the up and coming Bank Street, which is a part of the historic Old Town District of Decatur. We believe this will be a strategic location for the discipleship hub that we hope this building becomes. This has been a God-led process since we first inquired about the building over 8 months ago, and we are grateful for this unique opportunity to contribute to the flourishing of Decatur for the good of the world.

The building will be called The Garden and we hope for it to become a place that cultivates community and growth in our city and among its residents. Though we will hold our Sunday Gatherings at The Garden, we also hope to use the building for many other purposes throughout the week. The building is 9000 sq ft, split into two separate floors at 4500 sq ft of space on each floor. Phase 1 of our building plans will include some light renovation projects on the first floor so we can begin using the space as soon as possible, while continuing to plan and pray toward the full renovation of the second floor, which will be Phase 2.

We estimate that the renovation of the first floor will cost about $50,000 and our goal is to raise the entire amount over the next two months. We ask for you to consider giving directly toward The Garden to help us with the costs. We also ask for you to pray with us that God would allow this building to be used for the advancement of the Kingdom in our city and beyond.
